Patsy Meredith

Patsy is a Program Support Assistant in the Marion Downs Hearing Center clinic.

When Patsy Meredith became employed by the University of Colorado Hospital in August 1974, she was hired to be the medical secretary of the Audiology clinic, a department of two providers: Marion Downs herself and Jerry Northern, now an MDHC Foundation Board Member. This was her first job out of college. Fast forward to January 2010, Patsy has witnessed the clinic expand to eleven clinical providers, move to a new home on the Anschutz Medical Campus, and become recognized worldwide for its unique leadership and innovations in the realm of hearing and deafness. Patsy's responsibilities have evolved over the year to include overseeing various clinical programs, including her favorite - the hearing aid program. She's a cornerstone in the clinic, keeping things running smoothly and taking care of all the providers, patients, and visitors.
